Yes, there is one & it's called Tweet deck. It might take some time to get used to, but it's useful & how! Don't be surprised when I say, it lets you do the work of multiple accounts in one.
It saves time & loads of effort.
Look for the Right Words
There are leads available in literally every field that exists. Your job is to find them. And in order to do that... you got to look for the right words.

And if you're on Tweetdeck... you have tons of places to look at. Be it topics, particular influencers or even the trending topics, it's all there.
